  • 1.  Authentication via Bluecoat Proxy is slow

    Hi i have case in my customer for bluecoat proxy sg.

    when user browsing via proxy the traffic are waiting proxy tunnel (around 1 -2 minutes) 

    and after few moment the traffic is forwarded.

    the condition if i bypass the authentication the user experience is normal and good

    browsing via proxy.it only happen for authenticated user

    i have suspicious on auth setting. any one have clue or having same experience with me

    the deployment is explicit and using bcaaa agent to comunicating

    Hi, What mode you have selected in Proxy authentication whether it is "Auto" or "Proxyip"

    Is it the same behaviour if the user is browsing a HTTP site? for example: http://www.example.com

    hi all,

    sorry for late update. based on tac support i change the auth mode

    from auto to proxy ip and no longer waiting proxy tunnel anymore
