  • 1.  Authentication Problem with SWG in Proxy Mode

    I'm using the Virtual Edition of the SWG in Proxy configured using NTLM.

    I'm having a problem with one of our PCs going through the proxy.

    In one minute they can browse the internet and get the correct policy that they are assigned and then say a minute after, the username is not getting pushed to the SWG. Then say 2 minutes later, the username comes back:

    This is only happening to one of our test PCs as we've not rolled out to everyone yet, but I'd like this to be solved before fully rolling out to everyone.

    Thanks. Setting the TTL to 0 looks like it has fixed the issue.
