I have verified that data mapping is correct. Whenever you set the impact and urgency, then press the "auto-calculate priority" link, the priority is always set to low.

Getting a workflow error logged when pressing the link,

    Application Name : SD.Feeder.TechnicianIncidentForms
    Process ID : 2100
    Date :11/19/2014 11:52:50 AM
    Log Level :Error
    Log Category :RulesDataServiceDynamicService.GetRuleActionMappingValuesComponent
    Machine Name : servername
    Message :
Exception at Run method with message :The request failed with the error message:
    --
    <head><title>Document Moved</title></head>
    <body><h1>Object Moved</h1>This document may be found <a HREF="https://localhost/ProcessManager/RulesEngine/RulesDataService.asmx">here</a></body>
    --.

Have you checked your ServiceDesk application profile properties to make sure all the defined URLs are correct?

Also as the link is indicating the use of HTTPS did you switch your server to use SSL after you installed ServiceDesk?

Based on that error, it certainly looks like an http to https redirect issue. I'm pretty sure this is the right track for a fix.

Yes all the URL's are correct and we used SSL from the start.

We also tried the pointfix for impact/urgency. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=tech213962

Do you have any other redirect rules happening in IIS anywhere, either through HTTP Redirect or the URL Rewrite module?
