We have a file that is encrypted as a PGP zip file that is sFTP'd to us daily that I need to have automatically decrypted.  Is there any command line tool that will do this or any third party products that you would suggest?

    Hi ujjj0008,

I don't know if you use a PGP Viewer from Symantec Encryption Desktop than you can only drag and drop PGP Zip file. Although this is not fully automated option but amount of the steps is limited.

Also if you have got a SED installed so just by clicking on PGP ZIP (right button) you can choose Symantec Encryption Desktop > Decrypt and Verify option

Also just by one click on PGP ZIP file SED will open allowing you to edit encrypted file.

Apart from this we offer a PGP Command line which can meet your requirements but this is additional product for additional charge.

You can also have a look into this thread:

PGP Commandline is the product you want if you need any automation of file encryption/decryption.  It's the product that most banks use to do daily transaction logs and things like that.  If it was just an encrypted file and not a PGP Zip file, you could use the Netshare (fileshare) part of PGP Desktop and create a script to use the netshare commandline tools to automatically decrypt.

    Instructions are here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC6312
