  • 1.  Autoprotect/Tamper protection/Antvirus engine -- SEP MR4MP2

    Hi,

    When i checked the computer status logs found around 36 machines are showing as Autprotect -off /notinstalled .
    Same is the problem with Tamper protection - Not installed/No
    and again the same for AV Engine.

    What can i do to these clients.........Is there any thing we can try from the SEPM to Enable all this?

     Tamper Protection not installed would be the 64 bit clients. As Tamper Protection is not compatible with 64 bit OS and it doesn't get installed.

    For AV def and AV engine.Can you check on any 1 client whether it is reporting correct or not ?

    Are all your clients at MR4 MP2? Up to MR3, 64 bit clients showed Tamper Protection "Not Running". At MR4 onwards they show "Not Installed".
