Hello. I upgrade the Symantec Endpoint Protection clients (12.1.6;14.01) to 14.2 version. I use AutoUpgrade feature - assign client packages to groups in the manager console. Source set to "management server". Scheduler time unset, and set "0 days". On some computers, AutoUpgrade does not work. Where can I see the installation logs for the AutoUpgrade task ?

Does anything show on the SEPM in regards to the client accepting or rejecting the package? Is there a pe nding reboot on those clients?

You can enable sylink logging on one of them and review it for errors.

Thanks, I found the cause of the problem. In the log incorrect localization on problem clients. SEPM sets 14.2EN, but the client has 14.0.1RU installed.

on the SEPM ("Monitors"-"Logs"-"Computer Status Logs") show:

    Restart required:    No
Deployment status:    The client decided to reject the upgrade package
Deployment message:  Клиент проигнорировал пакет обновления, версия 14.2.760.0000.
    Deployment previous version:
    Deployment target version:    14.2.760.0000
    Deployment running version:    14.0.3897.1101

You will need to get the localized builds and then import them into the Manager.  Then use those for the Auto-Upgrade.
