I launch a new EC2 instance using AWS Marketplace, choosing Windows as the OS.

I remote desktop into the newly created system and notice that Symantec engine (symcscan.exe) keeps starting and stopping.
The service is in stopped state, then starting, then stopped.
I look in Windows Event Viewer log and see a lot of app crashes.
Seems like the image on the marketplace is no good -- the application crashes and the service never starts (service recovery options are set to constantly try to restart it, but it fails each and eveyr time in an endless loop).
I tried the Linux image and it works fine. But I would prefer the Windows image to work when I pay for the service and launch from the Marketplace with normal, default options!
