It has come to our attention that Symantec.Cloud is blocking images hosted on AWS S3.
AWS S3 is a very popular service used by companies like Adobe, Netflix and Airbnb.
Our images are hosted here and used in emails. We've received a number of complaints over the last 2 weeks that our clients can't see the images.
Every client we talk to with this problem is using Symantec.Cloud.
Why has this happened and how can we unblock images for all clients apart from whitelisting URLs?
This issue seems to be originating from Symantec.
