is the client communicating with the SEPM? Does the client update from SEPM, collect the sylink log to check more details.

Port is open for client communication to new server from firewall???

Client/server communication is bi-directional for 8014/443. The SEPM needs to talk to the client to push out policies/updates, etc

you need to check the livupdate settings of your client

under policies - liveupdate check what you have configured for your clients, looks like you have configured the clients to get the updates from internet directly

    I need clarification:

Are the SEP clients connecting to the SEPM and updating but the client on the SEPM is the only one not updating?
