Backup the settings from registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion and PKI folder.

Do you have just one SAV server?

Thanks for your valuable reply, I have below mentioned the question correctly.

No , I have 6 secondary server and one primary server.

Just i want to know , Each and every month require to take the backup or symantec its  automatically taking the backup.

What is the default backup / Restore procedure in Symantec 10.2 Server?

I am waiting for your valuable answer.

    Thanks in Advance

There is no automatic backup in SAV. Of course you can make a script and run it as scheduled task to take the backups.

Symantec admin guide only recommends to backup PKI-folder of the primary server, but I would also backup the registry.

Recovery depends on what kind of problems do you have with your SAV servers, so I don't know if there is any general solutions for that.
