    - Report type = Risk.
    - Select a report = Comprehensive risk report,
    - Time Range = Current Month

I get following error message while generating some reports

                                                                           Bad Gateway
The server received an invalied responce from another server while attempting to fullfill the request

After serching in this forum, (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/bad-gateway-error) I found the same problem. And try to use it. But.not working at all.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi,

Just to cover all the bases, please make sure that the ODBC connection is successful. What is the size of the database?

You can also look for multiple php installed on your server. Search for php.ini using the windows search utility.

If you find more than one files, take a look at the path of it. You may need to remove the other php if it is installed.

    Cheers,
    Aniket

Is it consistenly doing this or only intermittently?  I sometimes get weird alerts when running reports/logs, but usually running them again clears it up.

Check if you have proxy enabled on your browser.
if so by pass the proxy for local server address.
if the above does not work please follow this article about how to install and configure fast CGI
    this should help you out.
    really a useful article.
