    Apart from the existing KB articles is there any best practise guides for how to configure Policy/Detectors when gatelets and securlets are enabled ? 

     

    CloudSOC is a really powerful system but as with everything if its not configured correctly its not being used to its full potential ROI etc

    The Tips & Tricks section has a document named "Shadow IT Discovery Best Practices Guide". There is also documentation in the Protect section which covers how to create effective policies and in the Detect section covering how Detect works. You may also find the Dashboard section helpful in creating reporting tools.
