    Hi,

I have just sent and email to CLOUDfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com complete with attached 'bounced' email attached.

We are unable to sent to multiple destinations. Can yo uplease check to ensure that out IP address is clear on your system.

I have checked here : http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/ and it tells me that we do not have a negative reputation.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    Regards,

    Colin Jjohnston

    Hi Colin

Can you please let me know what email address you sent to the cloudfeedback address from so I can check your submission?

Could you also please let me know your sending IP address so I can check that?

    Thank you

    Hi again Ian,

Any update for me yet ?, we are still having real issues when sending/receiving emails.

Any 'bounced' email contains a message similar to this : The following organization rejected your message: cluster8.eu.messagelabs.com.

    Thanks,

    Colin.

    Hi Colin

I checked the IP and can see no throttling or blocking happening based on it.

The sample you submitted to the cloudfeedback address however is not in a format that I'm able to use.

Can I ask that you find a mail where you got the 553 bouncback for. Go to your sent items and open up that mail and under More in the Respond setion choose forward as attachment and then send that to the cloudfeedback address and let me know when it's sent and I'll check again.

    Thanks

    Hi

Slight misunderstanding I think. It's not the bounceback you received that we need it's the mail you sent which you then got the NDR for.

If you can find it in your sent items and then send it as before I can check again.

    Hi Colin

The rules that were firing on the submitted sample have now been removed. Let me know if you see any further issues with this.

    Thanks

    Hi Ian,

All appears well with outgoing email to all but one destination, but there is no bounceback message being received so it looks like a seperate/different issue with them.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Best regards,

    Colin Johnston.
