    Hi,

    We are goud999 (ip: 84.193.150.17) , a legitimate company (webshop) located in Belgium. Our clients receive multiple e-mails for every order they place (order confirmation, payment instructions, ...) which are automatically sent via our website. Clients can also (voluntary) subscribe for our newsletter (1 or 2 a week).

    Unfortunately, customers which have KPN (Dutch provider) don't receive any mail from us, they keep getting bounced. I once tried to send an e-mail to a KPN customer via my personal hotmail e-mailadress but this e-mail was also blocked. Only when I removed every mention of goud999, the e-mail wasn't bounced.

    Our IT department already checked our settings to find something which could be the cause of this problem, but to no avail.

    KPN makes use of Symantec for their blacklist, so I've requested the removal of our negative reputation multiple times in the past months. The day after our request this negative reputation is removed, only to be given a negative reputation the day after that. I've also requested the reason for this negative reputation, but I still haven't gotten a response.

    So here I am, posting this in your community, hoping for a response or solution to this problem.
