  • 1.  Block new clients

    HI Guys,

    Question, May i know what will happen to the clients attempting to connect in a group with the option ticked Block New Clients in group properties?

    Does the client will move in to Default group?

    Can't test this scenario due to limited access on clients and rights.

    Yes, it will end up in Default Group

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Clients fail to register with their Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

    Follow up question. Once feature is enabled, can I still move clients on the said group?

    Yes you can manually move machines into the group

    Yes, you can move them. They will only be blocked when automatically connecting and remain in the Default group.
