    Hi,

    Is it possible to block or delete some files by Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4?

    for examle to blcok file "document.js".

    You would need to create an application rule to block files.

    There are some default rules in place, see if one of these may help:

    Hi luben,

    If you are trying to block the flood of malicious JS.Downloaders that arrive by mail and result in Crydex or Ransomware infections, then SEP is not the best product to keep your end-users safe.  Block those at the mail server before they reach the endpoint!

    Hi Mick2009,

    thank you, you are right, I am trying to block the flood of malicious JS.Downloaders.

    Our users can use email servers which are not under our control. So, I need block these files. Is it possible to block these files by my configuration of application rule in the attachment?
