Ar you talking about application control ?
Well there is no list of blocked application as by default Application control doesn't block any thing until and unless specified.

As Vikram stated if you are talking about application and device control then no. I think you might be referring to some sort of list of blocked apps like "hack tools" or "torrent clients" or something. In this case no their isn't. SEP does utilize heuristic detection though so if you have a program on your machine that acts in a similar manner as a virus would then it might get picked up falsely by SEP but there is no predefined list just program behavior. If this wasn't what you meant or you need more info on this then you should post back with what you mean.

    Thanks

I think you're asking for something a lot of us have wished for.  Some comprehensive list of things people shouldn't be using that aren't necessarily viral or sometimes have a legitimate purpose.  Deciding what should and shouldn't be blocked varies so much between organizations, however, that there is little hope of it being a one-stop shop, but more of a guideline.  For example, at my university, Skype and Bittorrent are heavily used for legitimate purposes, but at your typical office building, they're a huge risk.

Keep in mind, NTP can block a lot of P2P traffic without careing about the program that is generating the traffic.

I would argue there isn't a list of known apps that should be blocked. It's up to the client -- if they see something that they don't like, it can be blocked, but it may be a good opportunity for educating them, even though that's a tougher task than just throwing a list of a few games at them and saying that's it.
