    Hi.

    We have our IP (5.79.73.233) blocked by the 7.7 policy:

        host cluster3.eu.messagelabs.com [194.106.220.51]
    
        SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
    
        501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 9208, please visit www.messagelabs.com/support for more details about this error message.
    
        host cluster3.eu.messagelabs.com [194.106.220.51]

    Could you fix this?

    Hi Hector,

    I can now confirm that I have now removed the IP 5.79.73.233 from our internal Blacklist and reset the confidence of that IP accross all our towers. Please allow 1 hour propagation time for the fix to take effect.

    Once the hour propagation has passed, you will no longer get issues sending emails from that IP to our customers.
