    We have listed and blocked every bluetooth devices and radios by ClassID.

    But on our last laptop model (HP EliteBook 840 G1) there are two Bluetooth radios - listed and blocked - which are still activated :

    --> Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter (USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21F1)

    --> Enumerator Bluetooth (BTH\MS_BTHBRB)

    Any solution ?

    Thnaks a lot

    Did you block by the device ID?

    You can use devviewer to grab the device ID:

    DevViewer - a tool for finding hardware device ID for Device Blocking in Symantec Endpoint Protection

    Is it only happening with this specific type of BT?

    Is it possible that it's only active but cannot actively send/receive traffic or were you able to verify it works completely as expected?
