    hi guys,

    on one of my client host has about 2000 "Bloodhound.Exploit.196" virus.... this viruses are stored in C:\Windows\Temp directory....

    i read on symantec about this virus and there is standard text: go to safe mode, disable system restore, and begin scanning......

    Question:
    is there somelike removal tool or utility which removes this viruses?
    or
    shal i rise internet security level on this computer?

    Is there somelike removal tool or utility which removes this viruses?. Yes we have the Symantec Power Eraser tool and also Symantec Endpoint Recovery tool

    or

    Shall i rise internet security level on this computer?. Yes the security levels should be kept in such a way that the day to day work is not hampered and also the security is not compromised.
