    I would like to request the user manual for the Blue Coat 800 Series device.  We need the instructions on how to open the device and remove the internal hard drives for proper disposal.

    Hello,

    I don't believe that hardware documentation is available in the Symantec Support portal any longer, but I was able to find an old PDF for the SG 810 model which may help. The SG 810 was very similar to the SG 800, so the steps should follow pretty closely.
