    I currently have a number of HP servers running 2000 server w/sp4, and AntiVirus 10.1.4.400.  We use a DVD/RW for database backups, Roxio 6 basic and drag to disk. Everything has been fine until December when I updated using the 12/21/2009 update. Whenever a DVD is inserted into the drive the server crashes.

    Temporary resolution has been to uninstall SAV, reinstall, and update with a 9/2009 update.
    These servers are running mission critical applications and upgrades are not an option due to the limitations of the apps. Any help would be appreciated

    10.1.4 came out almost 4 years ago. You might want to try upgrading off that old SAV version, or you will need to open a case with support and be prepared to provide the full memory dump for analysis.
