    Hi Lokesh,

You can find the Category list at the location http://sitereview.bluecoat.com/#/category-descriptions . Can you let me know the reason for downloading the DB externally ?

    Hi Lokesh,

The BCWF database can only be used by a ProxySG or ASG device to categorize and control the access based on polices referring the same. There is no point in downloading the DB externally as you cannot see whats inside. If you are looking on how to setup your Proxy to have this database, you need to have an entitlement to download the same (Either a Username/password for legacy download method OR a subscription purchased against the Proxy’s seral number). Once the device is set with correct entitlement, it will download the DB on its own and then you can refer the same in policy. This also entitles you to get real-time rating for unknown domains.

For site recategorization, customers can use https://sitereview.bluecoat.com/ to set the best category for the same. If you need a big list to be categorized, you can purchase a paid option to get the list categorized on priority. You can check this option with our SE (Sales Engineer) or Partner to know more on priority categorization.
