    My management interface is not internet accessible.  How can I have the SG200 download from the intercepting interface?

    Hi,

     

    For intercepting Interface to you need allow port 443 to BCWF URL from firewall to download the Content Filter.

    Hi,

     

        Proxy by default uses the egress interface on which the Default Gateway is configured to get the BCWF along with other OCS communication (for dealing client requests). If your network IP addressing and Default Gateway is set to send traffic via a specific interface, the DB download also will be happening through that.
