Have yet to speak to Bomgar where it appears they'll give you 2 free perpetual licenses (along with the OVF of their virtual appliance) with proof of an active Altiris AUP. However, maintenance is only covered for the first year! Also, seems like Bomgar isn't cheap and if its maintenance isn't included with our Altiris CMS AUP then it just doesn't seem right that we'd now have to incur this additional cost.
Anyone running Bomgar WITHOUT active maintenance within your 7.6 environment and found a situation where maintenance would've helped? Just trying to get a feel of what most of you guys did with the loss of pcA. Yes...I know that there's a KB on restoring pcA functionality in 7.6 but doing the same in 8.0 isn't possible if you want to move forward.
