  • 1.  Bought Additional Licenses, unable to use deploy them

    Hi there!

     

    Bought 3 licenses at first to give it a try and then bought later during the day 3 more. I can see on my dashboard that I have 3 of the 6 available but when I try to deploy the product it says all licenses have been used. Any sugestions?

    Did the new purchase add the addition licenses to the same subscription, or did it create a new subscription for your account?

    Please take a look at https://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH251075

    Specifically, be on the lookout for if the added subscription has "Groups: none" beneath it.
