Where in the GUI are your trying to release from? (quarantine or incident folders)
Are you logged in as Admin or is this a End user account login?
Can you get to tht eMessage Audit logs so we can track what happened to it?
If you can please provide this:
a) Please send me a copy of the expanded Message Audit Log for these emails
1) Go to the Message Audit log
2) Find the Emails in question
3) Click on the Address in blue
4) Click the plus sign next to verdict
5) Click the plus sign next to Delivery
6) Get me a screenshot
