  • 1.  Bypass SSL interception for Microsoft Office 365

    We have applied an article from Symantec to allow access to Office services. However, we have noted that not all IP address ranges are classified in the Exchange Online application.
    Please support to update the application or how I can update manually.

    Dear Luis,

     

    Application update is done by Backend team. Once they added any new 0365 IP'S or URL it will automatic update in your Database.

     

    Even i have check on sitereview i dont see any option for categorization of Application. 

    You can also send an email to filtering@bluecoat.com

     

    Note: For getting Application Database update you must have valid BCWF or BCIS License.
