    Greetings,

The top error, Event ID 1000 is one that can be caused by Symantec. We have fixed this in version 11.0.4202.x of our product, I would check and see what version you are using to see if that is the cause.

Alternatively, you can go to Add/Remove Programs and select Symantec Endpoint Protection. There will be a change button, after clicking it click Next and select Modify. Here you can uninstall Antivirus Email Tools. After doing this reboot the machine and see if Outlook is still crashing. If it is I do not believe this will be Symantec, if it isn't than it is likely the issue described above. Verify you have at least 11.0.4202.x and let us know!

Sorry, but the only thing I see in the post I can understand is this line:

    >>Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.<<

And we see that once in a blue moon with corrupted Windows profiles. We delete and recreate the profile and in most cases, life is good again.
At times, we try simply deleting and recrating the Outlook profile first, but if that fails, we delete and recreate the Windows profile itself.

I've not seen SEP cause a profile issue, but not stating it can't happen, just I can't understand the post other than that one line, sorry.
