Cannot activate the software. Trial Download. Technical support will not help

    I'm using linux to install SEE's trial download. I cannot activate the software after following the instructions. I only have the activation code, and that only gets me so far as I do not have the serial number to proceed. Can anyone help?

    SEE doesn't support linux (http://www.symantec.com/docs/INFO3170), so I'm assuming you're actually using SED or are on the SEMS.  Licensing instructions for both can be found below:

    If these don't help, are you able to provide a screenshot of what you mean?
