I am trying to download the VIP Access Application for my iPhone 7. When going to the app store- it already has the little cloud as if it's been downloaded- however, it has not ever been downloaded. It is no where on my phone. I've gone to my storage section and it is not there. I've updated my phone to the latest iOS verson and rebooted my phone several times. When clicking the cloud to "re-download" it spins for a while and then goes back to the cloud icon. I've attached a video of this issue. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it greatly Thank you
Were you able to download the application successfully? There is a new release, so it may now appear as an update and you can try this method to reset the app.
