  • 1.  Cannot install Symantec Endpoint

    Hi Support,

    I cannot install symantec endpoint client on windows server 2008 64bit. It says "SEP detected pending system changes that require a reboot". I followed the instruction to delete registtry but still not working. I found out that I need to use Clean wipe tool but I cannot download it. Can you please help me this? I am using Symantec Endpoint 12.1

    Did you reboot after making the registry change? if so, the key will come back. You need to delete the key and do the install immediately after - do not reboot.

    First of all, try to reboot the server and see what happens.
