Hi, when my various support staff try to login to https://manager.vip.symantec.com/vipmgr, they receive the error "Email Address is an invalid email address". Even if they're typing correct credentials.
If my support staff login to http://<servername>:<port>/vipmgr they login successfully, however this page asks for their AD username/password, instead of email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
