Hi everyone,

I try to uninstall Liveupdate Administrator and a error message about error 17xx.

I using YourUninstall 7 to hard uninstall Liveupdate Administrator then I manage to reinstall LUA agains

This time LUA said that "lastest liveupdate admnistrator is already install" although I delete anything about LUA (folder install, regedit, etc.)

Can anyone help me with this,

Have you try uninstall through add/remove program ?

first time I try to uninstall through add/remove program but LUA error 17xx and cannot uninstall so I use YourUninstall to hard uninstall LUA.

and now I cannot reinstall LUA

Exacly I doing all the step article TECH106056 had told but seem nothing happend so TECH106056 not doing anything

If you have remove anything may you can reinstall windows OS.

The point is I cannot reinstall windows OS. Thats the BIG problems....

Reinstall OS last option you can first contact to symantec support if support can provide any tool.
