Cannot view any incident on incident manager

    Dear all,

     

    I have install EDR server  - SEPM and the client can send process to EDR. But I don't see any incidents on Incident Manager.

    (I have create a lot of test (malicious, attack ... and SEPM block it )

    Please help me to troubleshoot it.

    P/s: I have some client have old package, so I have update them to lasted version, but it still in status "Unsupport" in Enrollment Endpoint. How can I fix it?
