    client windows : windows 7
    SEP : 11.0.6

i found that i can't add some printer driver in my win7 client pc. it will show the following error:
"Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x0000007e"
Unless, i uninstall the SEP, everything is ok, i can add that print driver.
could anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it?

Tamper Protection can cause a conflict with the printer driver.

This issue is resolved by disabling Tamper Protection.   To disable Tamper Protection, follow the below steps:

To disable Tamper Protection on a Symantec Endpoint Protection client:
From the Endpoint Protection status screen, click Change Settings.
    Click Client Management .
    Click Configure Settings.
    Click the Tamper Protection tab.
Disable the "Protect Symantec security software from being tampered with or shut down" option.
    Click OK.

To disable Tamper Protection in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Management console:
From the Clients tab, click the Policies tab.
    Click View Clients.
Highlight  the Group that needs to have "Tamper Protection" disabled
Note: If this is not the Global group, ensure that "Policy Inheritance" is set to OFF.
In the "Location-independent Policies and Settings" section, click the General Settings link.
    Click the Tamper Protection tab.
Disable the "Protect Symantec security software from being tampered with or shut down" option.
    Click OK.
