Hi ,
I recently broke AD sync with the EP groups and i cant delete the groups or moving clients to another groups.
I deleted the AD from the Admin - > Servers and disable AD sync
Am i missing something?

Are you getting an error message? Do you have a screenshot?
Check C:\Program Files(x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tomcat\logs\ADSITask-0.log for errors.
