Dears,
I registered for a trial of ITMS and download a 12 MB agent "Symantec Installation Manager" then i select the option create installation package but an exception appear, when i choose to continue and proceed with the wizard to download the whole installation package for ITMS 8.1 suite it provides an error as following:
