File Share Encryption

I have a drive here that's encrypted with PGP 10.2.1 (Build 4461) however Windows 7 is corrupt -  as soon as the key is entered, Windows begins loading files for repair.  I have been searching for a boot disk in order to recover, however the file is no longer on the Symantec server.

However, none of these files work.  Are these even what I need? Please advise.

Does Symantec no longer support their software?  Please advise - my customer needs his data back ASAP.  Thank you!

I was able to successfully download all of the files from that page in Chrome.  I suspect there may have been a temporary issue with the download server, but I wasn't able to confirm.

If you still have trouble downloading, let me know, and I will see what I can do as far as setting up an FTP download or something for you.

How do I determine which Maintenance Pack I download?  Figure they all may work but don't want to risk it and corrupt data.  Thanks for the response.  All I seem to have is PGP 10.2.1 (Build 4461)

Your build number indicates 10.2.1 without any MP. So go with that first one.
