    Cant get support, ticket or chat does not work, email support no loner, what should i do?

    401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

    Could you please provide your domain name and also the logon ID you're using to access ClientNet.
