Cant start services in win xp - when using symantec end point enterprise

    I Really need help
     if you can assit me - it would be great .
     in my organzition - 5 different computers - ALL OF THEM USING Win Xp Sp3
     
     started to get error - Error 6 - the handle is invalid
    when we want to start very imporatnt services
     print spooler
    windows installer 
     exc
     when we try to start those service - we get the error - thT THE HANDLE IS INVALID  - ERROR 6
    and the service - failed to start


    it seems to be problem with the anti virus - becuse when we disable the anti virus - we can start those services

    why ?
    10x in Advance
