    Hello all

    Dears, i've using NS 6.0.6074 in an AD domain, all my WStations where Windows XP sp2 and my servers are W2003 R2, no we have introduced some Windows 7  Wstations, we're experiencing problems on them for use Carbon Copy, it can be installed smoothly, but when i try to connect it fails.

    Also there are some Software delivery task which can  not be started on those machines, it seem to be an AD user error, like it cannot perform any installation task with an user that has not ever logged on that pc.

     

    I'd appreciate your comments regarding this issues

    Hi Gerson,

    The following article provide a way to workaround this by integrating pcAnywhere with Altiris 6: http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/integrating-pcanywhere-ns6-and-helpdesk-6

    Consider migrating to the replacement Remote Control product for Carbon Copy, pcAnywhere Solution.   pcAnywhere Solution 12.5 ships as part of Client Management Suite (CMS) version 7.1.
