I'm trying to setup a CAS-200-A1 from SSH it's working ok.

But When I try to login through web "Error: Web Management Services are not available. Please contact administrator."

I must say. I'm connecting through portforwarding. The ip of the cas can only be access through a Linux with the port forwarding. (that's why 127.0.0.1)

Any thoughts?

           Can you try the command "restart web-management" and wait for 5 mins before attempting to connect to the WebUI.

Hi Aravind, we did that and also factory reset with same results. Anything we try same error.

restart restore-defaults 
CAS# restart web
CAS# 

we have already restart default factory , restart the device  and everything.

Last status, with no ssh tunnel web gui works fine.

Any idea how can ssh tunnel affects?

The issue is the Version 1.3.7.1 of CAS-s200-a1 doesn't support PortForwarding for the webmanagement , that's why the error. 

After our upgrade locally to 2.1 now the portforwarding is working OK!!.
