ProxySG & Advanced Secure Gateway

Hello,

Is anybody using "CASB Audit App Feed for SWG/ProxySG" (Add-on for Intelligence Service) production license? How you got it? I have purchased "Elastica CASB Audit - App Visibility, Analytics and Control, New Subscription", cause Symantec SE said App Feed couldn't be purchased separatelly, but only as free Add-on with this license. I have received Activation Code only for "Elastica CASB Audit - App Visibility, Analytics and Control, New Subscription", and nobody in NP Customer Care or Elastica CASB Support couldn't say, can I activate it for Audit App Feed or should get another Activation Code (when I try to activate it as Add-on for ProxySG (SWG) on NPLP Portal, I see error "Error: Unable to get software information. Please check the Activation Code ........" ).

You should be able to sue this with your exiting proxySG appliance . from the licensing portal  --> proxySG --> Software add on activation --> you have to tie up the proxySG device SN and the CASB audit activation code from there. It take about 15-30 minutes to appear on the device after you complete the activation from licensing portal.

It would not be safe for me to ask you to provide your device SN and activation code in open forum. Hence i would recommend, if you have followed above steps but could not attach your CASB audit license with your proxySG device , please contact our customer care.
