Is there a way to restrict the access to CCS Web Portal. Currently by default it is open to all domain users.

Ensure you check your Roles setting to see if they are configured correctly. Same permissions apply to both CCS Console and CCS Web console and initial installation configures only accounts with access to CCS: service account and user under which CCS was installed - both granted CCS Administrator role. I have verified in my lab that any other domain user not granted access in the Roles section is not authorized to access CCS Web console:

I know we never provided any domain user specific "allow" access and they are not part of any group either. Do you know what role to look (CCS Administrator?) at specifically.

There is not that  many roles so I would click through all of them.

User needs to be a member of the "CCS User" Role to access the Web Portal.
