  • 1.  Certificate Renewal for PGP Server Version: 2.10.0 (Build 500)

    Hello all,

     

    Certificate in PGP expires today:

    SSL/TLS Certificates Near Expiration

     (Expires 02/21/2012)

    We already have PKCS #7 file. We dont know how to renew it PGP server. PGP does not provide per incident support any more. Your help is much appreciated.

    Thanks for the response. These steps not working. Last year we had called support and they were able to renew it by using ssh session.

     

    the problem is Symantec now does not provide per incident support. can you help.

    Universal - System  tab - network tab ..Certificate button. Add certificate . fill all details and click " generate self signed."

    Back on network tab, you should select the new certificate in order to set as the current one.
