    Hi , 

    I recently have achieved a certification of SEP and i have changed my company and i got a new partner ID for symantec . iwant to associate my certification with newly joined company ? what do i need to do ?

    Your email address needs to match exactly with what's on CertTracker.

    Per CertTracker:

    If you are a Symantec partner employee, please do not use the First Time Users self-registration process as your CertTracker account must be associated with your PartnerNet record to ensure your company receives credit towards partner program requirements. Instead, please communicate with your company’s primary partner contact to verify you have an active PartnerNet contact record. Once your PartnerNet contact record is created, a CertTracker account containing your required partner details will automatically be created for you within 24 hours. For further assistance, please contact your Symantec Partner Program support team at partnerservice@symantec.com or the Global Exams team at global_exams@symantec.com

    I suggest you start with one of the email adresses listed above as only Symantec will be able to assist with this.
