Deployment Solution

I would like to change where Personality Caputers (PCT) are stored in my Symantec Management Console to a server that doesn't get backed up. PCTs are large and only needed for a couple days. We are rolling out a large deployement and transferring data/settings from users' PCs to new machines. Can I change the save location to something different than "..\NSCap\bin\Deployment\Packages\PCT"

I do not use the builtin jobs for PCT.

I´ve created a Quick Delivery Task which will copy the PCT Sourcefiles to the Client PC for e.g. to a folder on the Client PC including the Client.pbt Profile (C:\PCT)
After that I created a run Script Task and within this run script task I just start the pctwiz.exe file the correct parameters....

Here is a simple example of the run script task to capture the profile -

c:\pct\client\pctwiz.exe -f:"\\put_your_IP-Address_here\Win10_Backup\Datamigration\%COMPNAME%\%COMPNAME%.exe";0 -p:"c:\pct\Client.pbt" -uweb:0 –qm

Client.pbt is the Profile I have created before with the settings you want to capture....
