I'm not sure what you mean by
the aplication is in production but the part of change management is in test
Do you have two environments?
Its the same enviroment but the change management part is not using until this past two week
When you tried to edit a Change Template did it not save correctly?
Before the error i able to modify and save template correctly but now when trying to enter to the manage change template form gave me the aplication error
What AppPool is the following Project running under
Really i dont no because Im not installing the aplication and all my knowledge is on Services Desk part no on the Workflow Part
Wouldn't have thought you would be able to login to ServiceDesk with the following error:
Yes I able to login and work with Incident management and problem management without any error
Do any Change Templates exist?
Yes I create two Change template for testing porpouse but when i edit one of them and save the changes gave me the aplication error
