  • 1.  Change Management Ticket has no Implementer. How to close?

    Posted Dec 11, 2012 02:50 PM

I have a Change Management Ticket that was approved by the Change Manager and the CAB, but for which no Change Implementer was assigned. As such, the ticket is now stuck with no current Process Assignments, and it cannot be worked any further or closed.

What can I do to close this ticket? I know that I could force-close it through back-end SQL, but then I'd lose the information regarding Implementation that the Change Implementer was to enter. I see no way to assign a Change Implementer at this point in the process.

    What can I do?

If there is no active task in the process, the only way is to set it to be closed through back-end SQL.
